All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. We encourage you to thoroughly explore the platform during this period before committing to a paid plan. No charge is made until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time before that without being billed.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.
Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
